Cancellations

A cancellation of the booking free of fees can be carried up to 3 months before arrival. In this case the deposit can be used for a future holiday or can be sent back detracted a commission.

For cancellations made with less than 3 months please notice that the deposit/down payment (“caparra confirmatoria”) will not be refunded.

In case of delayed arrival, earlier departure or cancellation we will charge a minimum of 50% up to a maximum of 90% of the relative price depending on the cancellation day. In order to save unnecessary cost, we recommend that you take our insurance.
