Cancellations

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• Cancellation until 90 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellation from 89 until 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
• Cancellation from 29 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
• In case of early departure or late arrival: 90% of the agreed current price for every day not used.
